There is a very important message in this Newsletter from the President of the Board of Directors, Alan Nago, regarding the future of Rinzai Zen Mission.
It is Hanamatsuri time! We will celebrate Shakyamuni’s birthday on April 7 (Sunday) at 10:00 a.m. This year’s guests from Japan are the Reverend Kurihara, Secretary General of Myoshinji School of Rinzai Zen Buddhism, and his wife. This is their first trip to Hawaii. There will be good food and games with prizes for everyone. We are looking forward to seeing you there.
